You will also help residents look and feel their best, notice changes in their care needs, and communicate updates to the team. Your attention to detail matters — especially when supporting medication administration using the five rights: right resident, right medication, right dose, right time, and right route.You will be part caregiver, part problem-solver, part safety champion, and part mood-booster.
